SubroIQ is the industry’s premier subrogation solutions provider, combining technology, creativity and efficient business processes to solve complex problems for insurance carriers.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Engagement Analyst. As a Client Engagement Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing subrogation data for our clients and effectively communicating the findings to all stakeholders. Your analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate will be essential in supporting our clients' subrogation efforts and driving successful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze subrogation data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of clients' subrogation processes, policies, and goals.
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to determine the effectiveness of subrogation strategies and identify areas for optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather additional information, clarify data discrepancies, and validate findings.
- Prepare insightful reports and presentations that effectively communicate analysis results to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of subrogation strategies and initiatives based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in data analysis, preferably within the insurance or subrogation industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, or statistical software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of subrogation processes, terminology, and legal principles is a plus.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques is an advantage.
Compensation:
- Salary is $45,000 - $55,000 per year (DOE)
