Your Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for PMs architects and IT specialists who can take on the challenges of the latest technologies and grow into partners with whom we can build a relationship of trust with our customers in the future.

You will have a high level of development capability to ensure that quality levels and stable operation of systems meet customer requirements and you have a strong commitment to the latest technologies.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Package management for clients in the insurance industry.
• Development of software packages system construction and proposals for customers in the insurance industry.
• Support proposal activities such as preparation of proposal materials.
• Development of software and system architecture running on the cloud.
• Development and proposal support for new solutions that utilise cutting-edge IT technologies.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Business level Japanese.

• Experience working for consulting firms IT vendors or financial institutions.

• Package software development system construction and proposals for clients in the insurance industry.

• System integration development for insurance companies including upstream processes of system development (business requirement definition).

• Proposal writing proposal closing and delivery skills.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience in developing with cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP/IBM Cloud) or development experience utilising container technology is welcome.
• Experience in OSS (application servers DB ESB etc.) and Oracle DB for current systems.
• Welcome those who have experience in implementing migration to a container environment using OCP for various OSS (application servers DB ESB etc.) and Oracle DB in current systems.
