Insurance Operations Analyst

About the role

This role will use performance data to enable visibility and decision-making across Insurance teams by leading regular reporting cadences such as weekly / monthly business reviews & OKR tracking. Additionally this role will be responsible for defining implementing and iterating on key initiatives to improve efficiency and impact.

Responsibilities

• Biz ops: Own regular metric review cadences - WBR MBR & QBR for supported teams

• Project management: Lead initiatives to drive efficiency and improve quality across insurance teams

• Process design: Develop document and implement XFN processes / process improvement

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Operations Analytics or Program Management

• Experience in project management process design & improvement or business operations

• Highly organized communicative and collaborative

• Growth mentality eagerly seeks opportunities to learn and grow

• High degree of ownership and accountability

• Thrives in an unstructured environment; talented at bringing structure to chaos

Bonus Skills

• Looker Zendesk Salesforce experience

• SQL

• Consulting experience

Compensation

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The US base salary for this position ranges from $72000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $80000/year in our highest geographic market. Consistent with applicable laws an employee's pay within this range is based on a number of factors which include but are not limited to relevant education skills job-related knowledge qualifications work experience credentials and/or geographic location.
