Insurance Sales Agent / Customer Service Representative

Hourly Rate and Bonus - Bonus are OBTAINABLE Responsibilities • Provide prompt, accurate, professional and friendly customer service. • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customer about insurance options. • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day. • Setting and maintaining agent's appointments. • Customer Billing and Reviewing clients insurance coverage. • Marketing our Agency and cross sells. • Assist in all office duties. • MOST IMPORTANT - ENJOY THE JOB AND HAVE FUN IN YOUR CAREER Requirements • Bilingual is a plus. • Insurance Experience Preferred. • Ability to multi-task. • Knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance products - or the willingness and ability to learn. • Ability to work in a team environment. • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred. • Ability to take initiative in completing assigned duties and projects. • General computer skills including Word and Excel - a must • Willingness to obtain Property and Casualty Insurance License • Job Duties: • Answer incoming customer inquiries • Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies • Record customer information within our customer service database • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns • Property and Casualty License a Plus.
