The primary duties of the Insurance Sales Agent Assistant are:

  • Supports agents by maintaining & building their prospect pipeline by utilizing EPIC and CRM databases.

  • Quoting new business proposals, as needed, for personal lines insurance and life insurance

  • Actively Cross-Sell of Home/Auto/Life (if licensed) policies to existing policyholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • This is an in-office position. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance from our Manchester, CT office.

  • 1+ years of experience in P&C insurance preferred

  • Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty License within 60 days of hire and Life License within 1 year of hire

  • Ability to learn new computer programs & multi-task
