Modivcare is looking for an Intake Specialist who will be responsible for executing the intake process to ensure complex member complaints or escalated inquiries are handled promptly and accurately.
You will...

• Serve as the primary contact for customer service operations and other stakeholder touchpoints and channels.
• Document records/feedback of complaints/dissatisfactions and resolution information.
• Determine issues and concerns, triages, and escalate issues to appropriate teams for action.
• Conduct the initial intake, scanning, and data entry of digital and email-based complaints and respond to stakeholder complaints promptly.
• Research and collect data to support investigations, education and outreach efforts, and policy decisions while maintaining resource guides.
• Conduct complaint investigations and ensures the process proceeds according to company pillars and fairness principles and procedures.
• Acknowledge and write detailed, custom correspondences that addresses stakeholder issues.
• Conduct document reviews for investigative and analytical purposes.
• Monitor and engage in conversations and communities that support the social media strategy.
• Execute daily social media posts and community management.
• Provide superior customer service and maintains high customer satisfaction ratings.
• Participate in other projects or duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma required.
• One (1) plus years of experience.
• Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Salary: $19.00 - 25.00 per hour
