Integrated Brand Marketing Manager
Job Description
As an Integrated Brand Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our brand marketing campaigns and initiatives are brought to market in a cross-functional manner. Reporting into the Brand Director, this role will focus on dotting i’s and crossing t’s across the MoneyLion marketing mix while assisting the team in hitting key campaign milestones and exceeding campaign objectives. You will be working on game-changing brand campaigns that will help MoneyLion differentiate ourselves in the marketplace while growing our customer base. Â

Position is Hybrid in our NYC & Jersey City offices 3+ days a week

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day management of ML’s brand marketing activity and calendar
- Foster innovation, return on investment, and strengthen cross-functional internal relationsÂ
- Integrate the ML brand into upcoming and existing content opportunities with our partners
- Manage the planning cycle by developing and implementing a cross-channel business plan in collaboration with channel leadership
- Work cross-functionally to bring strategic brand campaigns to life across all channels of the businessÂ
- Own and maintain go-to-market decks for brand related campaigns and activationsÂ
- Guide end-to-end milestone process (discovery, development, implementation, reporting)
- Report, track, and optimize against all ongoing and upcoming brand marketing initiativesÂ
- Establish metrics and tracking system to measure all brand related campaigns and activities
- Deliver recaps of brand marketing programs with actionable items for relevant team members
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA a plus)
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a marketing management role
- Professional experience bringing robust, multi-channel brand campaigns to market
- Ability to collaborate with and influence diverse groups within the company, including cross-functional peers
- Experience managing an omni-channel marketing calendarÂ
- You have built, maintained, and presented go-to-market brand marketing decks
- Clear understanding of brand marketing measurement and tracking
- You have strong strategic and creative thinking abilities with a passion for storytelling
- You understand the current digital landscape and how content is produced
- Strong project management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at one time and self-prioritize workload
- Ability to work with focus to meet aggressive goals and tight time schedules
- Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects
- You’re proficient in Google Slides, Google Sheets, and Slack
- Creative writing ability and willingness to contribute to creative process
- Hybrid work: 3+ days in the office New York and Jersey City
