Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Integrated Marketing team designs, executes and reports on multichannel campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive demand, enable sales, provide customer insights and increase employee engagement through the ownership of all components of campaign development, implementation and measurement as well as ensuring our various channels and messages are working together to consistently articulate the value of TE to our customers, employees, partners and influencers. They create, implement and measure the impact of integrated marketing campaigns leveraging all marketing channels (advertising, public relations, digital/social media, collateral and events), ensuring the alignment of campaign strategy with overall marketing strategy and business priorities. They monitor and measure campaign Return on Investment (ROI) to ensure TE consistently implements successful promotional campaigns and programs and are responsible for creating and maintaining print and digital marketing materials including newsletters, technical literature, presentations, direct mail and advertisements, working closely with Business Units and Center Communications teams to ensure alignment in campaign messaging.

Overview:
The Integrated Marketing Analyst role will be a core member of the Marketing and Business Development team for TE's Appliances Business Unit, part of the Communication Solutions segment. This role will work closely with global teams to create and execute marketing campaigns and projects that increase brand awareness, drive demand, and enable sales in alignment with the Appliances Business Unit goals and priorities. He/She will partner with global product marketing, digital marketing, channel marketing, marketing operations, sales, and product management teams to help drive business results through qualified lead generation. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to utilize insights to implement a marketing strategy and drive execution. Additionally, this role will support communication requests for the BU and will work closely with leadership team.
Responsibilities:
Integrated Campaigns: Work with global teams to strategize and execute campaigns. Lead the strategic implementation of the brand to increase visibility, awareness, engagement, conversion and loyalty across focus segments and the business. Proactively shapes integrated marketing plans, campaigns, and programming to support end-to-end multi-channel content experiences. Oversees development and management of the lead funnel to produce desired outcomes and deliver on KPIs.
Customer Focus: Understand key customer segments to deliver value proposition and key messaging for campaigns. Work closely with digital marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive digital-based experiences that drive qualified leads through the customer journey. Partner with SMB marketing team to execute business priorities, targeting small/medium customer base.
Business Development: Partner with Business Development team to understand key market trends and utilize industry research to execute value proposition campaigns. Leverage customer research as foundation for campaign strategy and development.

Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
5+ years of integrated, product, communication, digital marketing and/or product management; global experience preferred
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Strong business acumen and project management skills
Experience creating and executing integrated campaigns with on-time delivery
Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively in cross functional teams
