Integrated Marketing Manager
Job Description
Studs is an experiential retail and e-commerce brand that has re-imagined the ear piercing experience. Studs’ mission is to empower bold self-expression and inclusive community through earscaping with safe and healthy ear piercings and the best curated destination of earrings.
Based in NYC, the Integrated Marketing Manager will report to the Chief Brand Officer, and manage, execute and drive omnichannel marketing initiatives and programs to support our new store openings, ongoing retail marketing, and e-commerce goals. In this role, the Integrated Marketing Manager will manage offline and online marketing programs, and manage marketing analytics and reporting in collaboration with data and finance.
The Integrated Marketing Manager will own marketing promotion creation and analysis, own local retail marketing programs for new and existing stores, and own influencer marketing across our retail and ecommerce channels. The Integrated Marketing Manager will also own project management of cross-functional marketing initiatives. This includes close collaboration with our performance marketing consultant, our CEO, CRM marketing manager, merchandising, retail, content, creative and finance teams. The ideal candidate will be an analytical, goal-oriented, strategic marketer across retail and ecommerce marketing programs with strong KPI and reporting skills, and a highly competent marketing project manager with strong cross-functional collaboration.
Salary: $95,000-$110,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy, Analytics & Reporting:
- Design, implement and analyze marketing promotions to improve conversion and revenue
- Maintain campaign performance reporting and effectiveness, highlighting successes, failures, trends, opportunities and costs
- Data fluency and ability to navigate and create reports in Tableau or similar reporting software
- Own all reporting and budget allocations, as well as forecasting for our Finance team
- New marketing acquisition tests:
- Ideate, execute and analyze new customer acquisition programs and channels including media buying like digital partnerships, newsletters, direct mail, or OOO
- Influencer Management:
- Manage influencer programs for NSO and ongoing ecommerce and retail marketing including paid and gifted
- Own influencer channel goals, budgets and ROAS reporting
- Own influencer and agent database development including ongoing target list, influencer status and content usage rights
- Own all briefing, product gifting, contracting and payment of influencers and brand ambassadors
- Omni Project Management:
- Project management and coordination of marketing programs with collaboration across digital product, CRM, merchandising, performance marketing, creative, and retail teams
- Retail Marketing & Store Programming:
- Manage ongoing retail marketing promotions and analysis of promotions
- Support District Managers and Store Managers with local grassroots marketing initiatives and events
- Admin:
- Support marketing department with administration of contracts, management of agencies or freelancers, creation of promotional codes, and other administrative tasks
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Integrated Marketing, Brand Management or Growth Marketing
- Analytical and data-driven strategic thinker
- Detail oriented project manager
- Driven, creative problem solver that consistently acts with integrity and speaks up
- Owner’s mindset, with the ability to approach feedback and problems with a positive attitude.
