Job Description
This position will work closely with Product Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders around this new product, as well as the Integrated Marketing team. The candidate must be proficient in understanding data to make informed marketing decisions that yield the highest outcome against goals.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with our key audiences to drive awareness and demand for our products.
- Manage multiple programs simultaneously and understand how our product addresses customer needs.
- Understand our target audiences, their motivations, and perceptions ensuring messaging and creative assets are optimized to best communicate customer needs.
- Understand the scope and operational requirements for each program, including inputs, spend, timelines, dependencies, and key deliverables from cross-functional partners.
- Onboard and manage relationships with external agencies to meet campaign requirements.
- Maintain rolling campaign plan, ensuring effective visibility into the key moments for each launch. Effectively and consistently socialize plans, programs, and results with stakeholders at all levels across the organization.
- Assist in the attainment of revenue growth. Based on business needs, develop a roadmap of experimentation to drive volume, consideration, and sales.
- Drive a cross-functional team alignment across Integrated Marketing and Product Marketing to bring our offering to consumers consistently and effectively across all touchpoints.
- 4+ years of experience in demand generation/campaign/integrated marketing roles.
- Experience in building marketing programs that align with business goals and successfully move audiences throughout the customer journey.
- Demonstrated ability in using data to drive business outcomes.
- Proven track record of working cross-functionally with internal and external teams.
- “Roll up the sleeves” attitude with strategic ‘big picture’ acumen.
- Ability to prioritize and work independently in an ambiguous environment.
- Ability to navigate matrix situations and represent the team with integrity, professionalism, and self-sufficiency.

For candidates hired in San Francisco metro, New York City metro, or Seattle metro, the expected salary/On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for the role is currently $96,600 - $113,700 - $130,800 if you are assessed at the IC2 level. If you are instead assessed at the IC3 level, the expected salary/On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for the role is currently $123,000 - $144,700 - $166,400.
For candidates hired in the following locations: Austin (TX) metro, Chicago metro, California (outside SF metro), Colorado, Connecticut (outside NYC metro), Delaware, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York (outside NYC metro), Oregon, Pennsylvania (outside NYC or DC metro), Washington (outside Seattle metro) and Washington DC metro, the expected salary/On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for the role is currently $87,000 - $102,300 - $117,600 if you are assessed at the IC2 level. If you are instead assessed at the IC3 level, the expected salary/On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for the role is currently $110,700 - $130,200 - $149,700.
For candidates hired in all other US locations, the expected salary/On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for this role is currently $77,400 - $91,000 - $104,700 if you are assessed at the IC2 level. If you are instead assessed at the IC3 level, the expected salary/On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for the role is currently $98,400 - $115,800 - $133,200.
Range(s) is subject to change. Dropbox takes a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including job and level they are hired into, location/metropolitan area, skillset, and peer compensation. Dropbox uses the zip code of an employee’s remote work location to determine which metropolitan pay range we use.
Salary/OTE is just one component of Dropbox’s total rewards package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
