• The Manager, Integrated Marketing is responsible for developing omnichannel marketing plans that help to achieve business goals and opportunities. Plans will include a surround-sound mix of digital and traditional channels, both paid and owned. This role will serve as the internal centralized campaign leader in collaboration with key partners including Merchandising, Digital Marketing, Digital, Creative, and Marketing Operations. This role will support a variety of growth areas within BJ's business across core categories and/or digital offerings.

• Develops marketing plans for products and/or brands.
• Analyzes market trends, competitor activities, and consumer habits.
• Grows brand reputation through innovative solutions and effective position pricing.
• Reports performance of marketing campaigns against ROI and other key performance indicators.
• Assesses sales and advertising techniques and makes recommendations to ensure promotional efforts are consistent with the branding strategy.
• Performs work with a high degree of latitude.
• Handles the most complex issues.
• Possesses expert knowledge of subject matter.
• Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to subordinate a group.
• May act as lead or first-level supervisor
• Oral and written communication skills. Customer/client orientation.
• Problem-solving skills. Ability to identify and seek needed information/research skills.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships. Bachelor's Degree Required. 6 years - 8 years

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ's Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is starting from $98,500.00.
