Nuts.com is a self-funded, profitable, rapidly growing multi-channel DTC specialty food and wellness company with over 550 people on our team. We're changing the landscape of snacking on nuts, dried fruit, chocolate and more! We planted our roots in Newark, New Jersey during the Great Depression, selling premium nuts on Mulberry Street's open-air market. We've come quite a long way since then, taking our multi-generational family business online in 1999. Even after 95 years, we continue to pride ourselves in expertly sourcing the highest quality foods and treating our customers like family.

The role:

As the B2B Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the B2B Division, marketing team, and a variety of cross-functional partners to oversee, develop, and employ B2B marketing initiatives to achieve our B2B goals. You must have a successful track record of establishing and executing marketing strategy in a dynamic, high-growth environment. 

What you'll do:

The ideal candidate has significant expertise in building awareness, demand generation, and developing programs that drive B2B customer loyalty and repeat revenue.

  • Strategy & Cross-functional Partnership:
    • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy, closely collaborating with the centralized marketing organization
    • Establish and nurture strong cross-functional partnerships, particularly with Sales/Account Management, Customer Success, Digital Product, Merchandising, and Operations
    • Collaborate with channel owners to develop and execute channel strategies aligned with B2B growth goals
  • Channel Ownership:
    • Develop and execute a scalable demand generation engine to significantly increase Nuts.com B2B sales revenue, with a particular focus on content marketing
    • Manage the day-to-day execution of an offline marketing plan, including participation in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to reach targeted B2B audiences and drive qualified leads and sales
  • B2B Customer Centricity:
    • Own the B2B messaging frameworks and ensure consistent usage across all customer-facing programs and assets
    • Conduct customer insights and market research to inform new B2B marketing programs
    • Develop a deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and Nuts.com's core strengths to inform long-term positioning and marketing strategy
    • Collaborate with the PR agency to develop an external communication framework to enhance B2B brand awareness
  • Performance Measurement & Reporting:
    • Maintain and optimize quarterly and annual marketing plans, encompassing targets, programs, budgets, resources, and KPIs
    • Communicate progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives, focusing on tracking leads, customers, revenue growth, and customer engagement

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in relevant discipline or equivalent experience
  • This role typically requires 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Multi-channel B2B marketing experience
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing marketing analytics to drive revenue
  • A high level of proficiency with marketing technologies (Hubspot or Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Understands a variety of businesses of all sizes (SMBs, corporations) and how to develop and direct key messages for each
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent editorial skills
  • Strategic thinking skills and ability to convey strategy effectively to colleagues and leadership
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues of all levels and build cross-functional relationships
  • Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously from end to end
  • Demonstrated ability to be flexible/adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with comfort
  • Experience in managing trade shows, conferences, and other similar programs.
  • Strong track record of building and leading B2B marketing programs in high-growth

Base salaries may vary based on factors such as skills, experience and qualifications for the role. Base pay is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include short & long term incentive compensation. In addition, employees are eligible for our standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and 401K match.
