About the Role

As the Integrated Marketing Manager (Contractor), you will play a critical role in our marketing team, responsible for creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns that align with our account-based go-to-market strategy. Your primary objective will be to generate pipeline, nurture leads, and drive revenue by orchestrating campaigns across the entire marketing funnel. This role requires a self-starter with a creative mindset, strong data-driven decision-making skills, and exceptional attention to detail. This is a full-time,  4+ month engagement.

This is a hybrid position that requires at least 1 day a week (Tuesday - Thursday) in our San Francisco HQ

You Will
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with our account-based go-to-market strategy
  • Set clear and measurable campaign goals and KPIs, and create accurate forecasts to evaluate campaign success
  • Communicate the marketing strategy, campaign plans, and results effectively to cross-functional teams
  • Work with Solutions Marketing and Content to recommend and create assets for campaigns that resonate with target accounts and personas
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to establish campaign playbooks, ensure alignment, and provide necessary assets and training to enable sales success
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed
  • Measure and report on the success of marketing campaigns, providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders
  • Pay meticulous attention to detail in campaign execution and analysis
You Have  
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or another related field
  • 5-8 years proven experience as an Integrated Marketing Manager for a B2B revenue organization with a focus on account-based marketing
  • Strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-backed decisions
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, ABX platforms such as Demandbase or 6sense, and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey strategies and results with cross-functional teams
  • Consulting, agency, or interim employee experience a plus
