Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Integrated Marketing team designs, executes and reports on multichannel campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive demand, enable sales, provide customer insights and increase employee engagement through the ownership of all components of campaign development, implementation and measurement as well as ensuring our various channels and messages are working together to consistently articulate the value of TE to our customers, employees, partners and influencers. They create, implement and measure the impact of integrated marketing campaigns leveraging all marketing channels (advertising, public relations, digital/social media, collateral and events), ensuring the alignment of campaign strategy with overall marketing strategy and business priorities. They monitor and measure campaign Return on Investment (ROI) to ensure TE consistently implements successful promotional campaigns and programs and are responsible for creating and maintaining print and digital marketing materials including newsletters, technical literature, presentations, direct mail and advertisements, working closely with Business Units and Center Communications teams to ensure alignment in campaign messaging.
As part of the Global Automotive Business Unit, the Americas Region, Integrated Marketing Manager will be operating in a crucial hybrid role of hands-on execution, strategic planning, internal communications planning and managing comprehensive go-to-market plans, tied directly back to the business priorities.
The role offers an exciting, fast track, fast growth environment with senior management exposure, development plans and requires managerial courage and ability to operate in an environment of occasional ambiguity. The incumbent will be measured against growing customer count, increased revenue, and internal alignment across the online & offline employees.
This role requires close collaboration with the other commercial functions including Product Management, Sales, Business Development, Engineering and Human Resources to build, execute and optimize awareness and demand generation campaigns tied to profitable growth.

What your background should look like:
Key Tasks/Responsibilities of the Job:• Build strategic internal communications plan for both North America & South Americas which drives alignment and awareness of key business initiatives, increased employee engagement, productivity and platforms for collaborating with both the online & offline employees.• Partner with our global communications director to build a comprehensive, external GTM plan for both earned and paid media opportunities tied to the BU narrative and target audiences• Manage internal and external communications by collaborating closely with various stakeholders from executive leadership team and cross functional partners.• Turn market insight into detailed marketing recommendations that may include creating market positioning and BU narrative that dictates how we position ourselves within the market. • Campaign Management: Generate demand through creation, implementation and measurement of integrated marketing and product campaigns leveraging all marketing channels (advertising, public relations, digital / social media, collateral, webinars, events, etc.)• Understanding of how data and insight drive increased sales, revenues, market share, segmentation or creation of a new brand or position in the marketplace. • Developing and enhancing communications-related performance metrics to measure effectiveness, progress and business impact• Take an agile approach to continuous improvement, constantly testing and developing new programs and methods as required.
Qualifications & Specialist Training Required:• 5-10 years' experience in B2B marketing in multiple marketing disciplines, including integrated, product and channel marketing• Project management skills including managing multiple, projects simultaneously• Ability to understand and articulate customer, competitive and market focus - analysis, VOC, differentiation, and key strategies to better understand and champion the customer in campaign planning• Experience in campaign and product marketing, branding, digital, communications and partner development• Strong written & verbal skills• Bachelor's degree required• Ability to collaborate with colleagues and peers around the world and personality geared toward inclusion and diversity• Track record of successfully implementing strategic communications plan (sample required)• Highly collaborative, can connect with team remotely, and can work across multiple stakeholders to gain alignment• Managerial courage and communication skills to effectively and constructively challenge and influence leaders and experts in the organization• Experience in Account Based Marketing is a plus
