Job Summary
The Integrated Media Planner will join a collaborative, instructive, and supportive environment, working side-by-side with seasoned marketers and supporting North America Marketing & Paid Media initiatives. They support the planning, execution, and optimization of cross‑channel media programs. This role manages day‑to‑day partner communications, develops tactical media plans, oversees delivery accuracy, and ensures financial and operational excellence. The Senior Analyst also supports the Media Planning Supervisor by guiding, training, and QA’ing Assistant Media Planners (AMPs).
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective tactical media plans aligned with overarching media strategy by determining the most suitable media & partner mix for client KPIs
Builds and reviews RFPs, scorecards, and analysis of potential new partners
Researches new opportunities/media partners, follows up with potential partners, thinks critically about whether partners make sense in the plan against our existing media plan
Provides guidance to AMPs on partner evaluation and selection
Compares new partner pricing, audiences, and value proposition to existing partners
Build and maintain client and vendor relationships, manage day-to-day communication with media vendors and platform partners
QA media plans, budgets, monthly pacing, and AMP deliverables to ensure accuracy
Monitor campaign pacing, performance, and delivery; escalate issues as needed
Support billing reconciliation, invoice validation, and financial tracking
Support the Media Planning Supervisor by guiding and delegating work to AMPs
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Communications, Marketing or Business
Minimum 2-3 years paid media experience or in a media agency role
Experience with tactical planning, budgeting, pacing, and vendor collaboration
Familiarity with attribution models, audience strategy, and cross‑channel measurement
Strong attention to detail, communication, and QA capabilities
English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our North America Market. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cross-channel media planning, RFP processes, and external media partner relationships across an entire media program
Digital media planning experience across full-funnel (awareness through lead generation) and across channels (including CTV/video, display, native, social, and search)
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
A team player who works well both cross-functionally and collaboratively
An organized self-starter with attention to detail and excels at time management
A strong facilitator and proactive planner who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and complete the task at hand, ask probing questions for project clarity and escalate potential roadblocks and issues appropriately
Experience leading conversations with key client stakeholders and managing/mentoring teams
Professional skills:
Writing and oral communication skills, with the ability to present and convey ideas clearly
Relationship building skills
Team player with great interpersonal and collaboration skills
Enthusiasm, passion for marketing and a can-do attitude
