We have an opening for an Integrated Producer focused on Print, Digital and Social to work with our new multinational account with a remote creative studio. 

As an Integrated Producer, you will connect business needs and creatives to ensure the right work is done in the right place. Our goal is to create in world-class assets and efficiencies that will come from having a view into broad organizational requirements. As an ideal candidate, you will have experience working across all medium types – print, video, photography, animation, live-action events – and will be adept at identifying and organizing the diverse partners required to successfully capture excellent content. 

What you will be doing:  
  • Deliver successful assets, from pre-production planning through to final content, demonstrating the highest standard of accountability and ethics in business dealings with service providers 
  • Maintain a holistic and hands-on approach to production management – setting, maintaining, and communicating all milestones from content strategy and calendarization to production planning, creative development, and execution, identifying roadblocks and proactively managing expectations with client stakeholders 
  • Help manage the creative process, anticipate when trade-offs should be made
  • Clearly communicate goals and risks to project partners and the team
  • Establish and coordinate executional teams, planning requirements, and completion of projects on time, within budget and scope, with multiple partners
  • Opens jobs, produce estimates, and PO’s while overseeing billing and reconciliation
  • Provide performance reporting
What you need to be great in this role:
  • 4+ years of creative production experience for an Agency and/or internal Brand Marketing team
  • A passion for creating content that engages consumers, in service of the brand’s objectives for their audiences
  • Self-directed, hands-on implementer – an excellent teammate who brings creative problem-solving, organization, and process best practices to every project
  • Partner cross-functionally with all levels of management, building trust and rapport to support business growth strategies and marketing initiatives on a diverse range of creative projects
  • Proactive problem-solving, negotiation skills, and the ability to balance multiple, competing priorities
  • Ability to identify production possibilities (from content formats to internal and external/3rd-party supplier candidates)
  • Genuine love of collaboration and navigating complex environments
  • Investment in the vision of the project, just as much as the planning and process management
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, global environment, energized by new challenges
  • Extensive experience with print, digital, photography, videography, and animation/illustration/motion graphics deliverables
  • Experience with live-action video and editing
  • Outstanding organization, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience managing external production vendors
