Primary Responsibilities:

We are seeking a motivated individual to work with internal teams by specifying and delivering equipment solutions for our manufacturing assembly, test, and quality areas. This will involve working with a cross functional team to understand the product design and assembly process, develop a robust solution to fulfill needed requirements, and deliver equipment according to the project plan.

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Work with the internal customer to identify and specify the requirements for their application to ensure their needs are met.
  • Develop and integrate new assembly aids and test technologies to ensure a robust manufacturing process including leading the design, assembly, programming, and deployment of systems.
  • Generate equipment and software documentation such as system schematics, assembly drawings, bills of materials, preventive maintenance procedures, and operating instructions.
  • Participate with early builds by providing operator training for equipment use, as well as diagnostic support for product and equipment issues discovered.
  • Validate equipment meets design intent and application requirements through checklist of activities (Proof of test, gage R&R, safety review, etc).
  • Document, train, and assist personnel on equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
