Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.

Responsibilities

As an Integrated Technologies Architect on the Care Team Communications team, you will be responsible for providing consulting implementation services to clients throughout North America for communication products. As an architect, you will be responsible for designing and delivering the technical implementation strategy. As a member of the Care Team Communications track you will be focused on collaboratively guiding clients with net new, add-on, and optimization deployments of integrated devices in various clinical settings. This includes configuration, deployment and management of mobile communication devices and the supporting infrastructure. You will support clients through regular project events, testing calls, status meetings, and conversion support. You will adhere to implementation best practices, troubleshoot mobile communication devices, assess risk, and mitigate findings throughout client engagements in partnership with engagement management.

  • Perform onsite implementation of Care Team Communication products
  • Consult with clients on technical design decisions
  • Conduct Technical training with appropriate client resources
  • Adhere to established processes, methodologies, best practices for technical implementations and documentation
  • Advise on mobile device deployment strategies such as design impacts
  • Engage in client support outside of standard business hours as needed
  • Establish client relationships and maintain a high level of client satisfaction
  • Cultivate effective client relationships and planning across multiple clients
  • Manage multiple work assignments to meet utilization targets
  • Effectively develop knowledge of CareAware products and services
  • Consult with clients and internal teams on the deployment of hardware, software, and services
  • Consult with third party vendors and partners
  • Complete hardware and software installations for clients
  • Facilitate deployment of first-of-a-kind implementations and services
  • Perform technical troubleshooting and issue resolution, gather relevant logs, and escalate as appropriate
  • Effectively prioritize and communicate client expectations and progress
  • Oversee multiple in-flight engagements, delegate build tasks, and effectively communicate project status updates
  • Adapt, identify, and document changes in technology and industry best practices

Basic Qualifications:
  • At least 4 years of total combined higher education and related work experience, including:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Healthcare, Science, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field of study, or relevant, equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to demonstrate core network technology competency including, but not limited to:
  • Access Control List (ACL), Architecture (WAN, LAN), Domain Name System (DNS), Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), TCP/IP communication
  • Ability to demonstrate CareAware Connect solution expertise
  • Ability to demonstrate Linux platform knowledge
  • Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving experience
  • Containerization / Virtualization experience (Docker, Tanzu, ESXi, OpenStack, etc.)
  • Enterprise Mobility Management experience
  • Solution diagram / architecture design experience
  • Regex / JSON / XML expertise
  • Telephony / Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) experience
  • At least 2 years of CareAware platform experience
  • At least 2 years of client-facing experience
  • Experience with Android and iOS based mobile communication devices
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including a high level of comfort interacting with clinical, IT, and biomedical equipment staff up to the mid-manager level

Expectations:
  • Willing to travel up to 60% as needed

Qualifications

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated location(s)

California Pay Range: from $33.46 to $65.10 per hour; from $69,600 to $135,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Colorado Pay Range: from $31.59 to $58.61 per hour; from $65,700 to $121,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

New York City Pay Range: from $31.59 to $61.88 per hour; from $65,700 to $128,700 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Washington Pay Range: from $35.29 to $61.88 per hour; from $73,400 to $128,700 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
