Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.

Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.

2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

As an Integrated Technologies Architect, on the Network Assurance team, you will be providing consulting services to clients throughout North America for analysis of their wired and wireless networks. These consulting services include the integrated technology analysis of a clients wired and wireless network using network analysis tools as well as established processes. The analysis using these tools and processes ensure the client's network meets industry standards and adhere to Oracle Cerner standards for the successful implementation of Oracle Cerner solutions. As a member of the Network Assurance team you will be focused on completing network assessments involving the analysis of the network topologies, config/show commands, network architecture and capacity requirements. The wireless network assessment will also focus on an analysis of radio-frequency, data, voice and video communication standards. You will be focused on capturing data while at client sites and then completing an analysis of this data and transferring this information into a useful report format for our clients.

As a member of the Network Assurance team you will be focused on collaboratively working with our clients and Oracle Cerner client team members to deliver a concise and thorough report that is useful to our clients and will take them forward in resolving any issues they may have with their wired or wireless networks.

You will present the final network assessment report(s) to our Oracle Cerner client team as well as the client which could include: Executives, Leadership, Client team including IT staff. You will adhere to established processes, methodologies, best practices for network assessments and create/deliver appropriate documentation. You may be expected to engage with client while onsite outside of normal business hours in order to complete the network assessment in areas not easily assessable (i.e, surgery areas, ER) during normal business hours. You will be expected to establish client relationships and maintain a high level of client satisfaction. You will be assigned to multiple client engagements and will be expected to cultivate effective client relationships and planning across these clients as well as manage these multiple work assignments and meet utilization targets. Managing priorities and communication of client expectations and progress is expected. You will be expected to continue to develop your knowledge of wired and wireless networks. As a member of the Network Assurance team you will be expected to attend and participate in team meetings and special projects as assigned as well as keep current on consulting administrative responsibilities.

Basic Qualifications

  • At least 6 years total combined higher education and related work experience including:
    • At least 1 year healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
    • At least 5 years higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job, including:
      • Bachelor's degree in; Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Biomedical Engineering
  • Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position
  • Due to the client contract, you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen
Preferred Qualifications
  • Willing to travel up to 80% as needed
  • 2+ years experience in wireless network assessments using WLAN assessment software such as Ekahau Software Suite and/or administration of WLAN network
  • 2+ years experience in wired network assessment and/or administration of LAN network
  • Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving experience
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Strong oral communication skills including a high level of comfort interacting with client leadership up to C-Suite level

Expectations
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Willing to travel up to 90% as needed
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated location(s)

California Pay Range: from $33.46 to $65.10 per hour; from $69,600 to $135,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Colorado Pay Range: from $31.59 to $58.61 per hour; from $65,700 to $121,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

New York City Pay Range: from $31.59 to $61.88 per hour; from $65,700 to $128,700 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Washington Pay Range: from $35.29 to $61.88 per hour; from $73,400 to $128,700 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
