Job Title - POS Applications Lead

Location - Dublin CA (Remote with Travel on need basis)

Job Description -

• Retail industry working experience is a must on POS applications and related Systems.
• Support and Service Transition knowledge is a must.
• Good understanding of POS system and related peripherals
• Scripting experience in PowerShell and batch scripting
• Should be able to troubleshoot & resolve the issues related POS peripherals.
• Knowledge on Windows group policies and domain/local policies
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Technical engineer/lead experience to drive customer meetings to analyse the peripherals for POS registers
• Lead the peripheral integration for existing peripheral devices across 3 register hardware versions (Fujitsu-26, Fujitsu-31 & New Hardware finalized by Ross)
• Work closely with Ross team and Program Management team for integration related activities
• Technical lead at customer site to analyse the peripherals for POS registers
• Work closely with Ross team and Program Management team for integration related activities
