Job Overview

Mitratech is hiring for an Integration Consultant to join our Services and Support team focusing on the TalentReef product line.  As the Integration Consultant, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining an automated exchange of information between the TalentReef platform, other Mitratech solutions and various external systems utilized by our customers; as well as ingesting and triaging system defects across various stakeholders to ensure effective and timely resolution for our customer base. 

 Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manages multiple concurrently running projects to see their overall success, while delivering an exceptional customer experience 
• Defining the build, test and deploy of custom payroll interfaces including ad-hoc enhancements and defects using TalentReef iPaaS 
• Daily oversight of iPaaS including integration troubleshooting and updates for TalentReef customers 
• Conducts mapping of all required data elements from the source data system to the customized layouts, documenting all required transformations
• Manages relationships with third party vendors
• Ability to work with all level business segments (i.e. Sales, Product, Technology, Implementation, Client Success) 
• Ingestion and prompt follow up with TalentReef Customer Operators and internal TalentReef stakeholders who identify a system defect. 
• Conducts regression testing and documents critical success factors for Technology to effectively troubleshoot the issue. 
• Conducts regression testing with Technology for all reported defects to ensure proper release before communicating with impacted customers. 
• Granting environment access and providing technical support for customers leveraging tR APIs 
• Facilitating general technical discussions as deemed necessary by the customer and primary CSM 
• Strategic support for all featured partners in tR Marketplace 
• Collaboration with Customers and Product on feature-based enhancements and new product updates. 
• Providing guidance and recommendations to solve for complex business requirements defined post implementation

 Required Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of experience using iPaaS/ETL (DellBoomi/Workato/Mule Soft/Informatica) 
• Experience handling various file types for sending/receiving (CSV/API/HTML/XML/JSON)
• Foundational understanding of scripting languages (Ruby/JavaScript)
• Proficient MS Excel skills (formulas) for data manipulation
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written)
• High proficiency or fluency in English, both written and verbal
• Articulates thoughts and ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively 
• Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction Strong Passion and Drive for Technology
