Integration Developer

JOB OVERVIEW

As an Integration Developer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and advancing Study Group's integration and master data management (MDM) solutions. Collaborating closely with IT and various business stakeholders, you will lead projects, identifying key connection points and delivering solutions using best practices on the Boomi platform. Working alongside the broader integration team, your responsibilities include ongoing development and operational support for our integration platform and numerous system integrations.

This global position involves supporting project and IT stakeholders across diverse functions such as marketing, finance, operations, HR, and IT. Please note that occasional work outside standard hours may be required.
ABOUT THE ROLE

 Integration Support and Maintenance

• Develop a thorough understanding of the current integration regime
• Improve performance and quality of existing integrations
• Conduct remote monitoring
• Troubleshoot integration and data issues
• Manage and support the Boomi platform

Integration Development

• Work with key project and IT stakeholders on integration design
• Architecture and design for new integrations and services in the Boomi platform
• Development of new integrations and services in the Boomi platform
• Maintain and enhance the quality and processing of current integration points

MDM Support, Development and Maintenance

• Develop a thorough understanding of the current MDM platform and it’s use cases
• Conduct remote monitoring of the MDM platform
• Troubleshoot integration and data issues as they relate to the MDM platform
• Manage and support the MDM platform
• Work with key project and IT stakeholders on MDM design and requirements
• Architecture and design for new use cases and expansion of the MDM platform

Documentation

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation relating to integration solutions
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation relating to the MDM platform

Geographical Scope

• This is a global role supporting project and IT stakeholders across different functions including marketing, finance, operations, HR and IT.
• This may require work out of standard hours.

People and Leadership

• Provide regular communication updates to IT team members where appropriate.
• Encourage a culture of accountability, trust, commitment, professional development, team co-operation and support.

Relationship Management

• Ensure internal relationships and communication are managed effectively
• Ensure external relationships and communication are managed effectively
• Interface with vendors as required

ABOUT YOU

• Experience with the Boomi integration platform, ETL Processes, SQL Server, JavaScript (required)
• Experience in working with multiple initiatives and projects delivering end to end solutions that integrate with each other and enterprise systems
• Boomi Developer Certification
• Qualifications in MS SQL, API development, ETL are desirable
