Job Overview
The ERP Integrations Developer position is responsible for the Finance, Human Resources, and Supply Chain source system integration development lifecycle with the new Workday ERP system, including ongoing technical production support and coordination with the ERP Integrations Developer Team. The role will ensure alignment with business requirements and overall system design to support the source to target integration with the identified Finance, Human Resources, and Supply Chain modules, while improving productivity, agility, product/service timeliness, revenue growth, and cost reduction.
The role will support the integrations requirements, design, development and testing within the Workday environments. Reporting to the IT Director of Enterprise Applications, this is a pivotal role in deploying and supporting the Workday ERP integrated solutions that enable our organization to scale while delivering high value to the business with continually business processes and data improvements, including identifying opportunities for system enhancements to maximize employee experience and increase system adoption.
The individual partners with all areas of the Business, Information Technology, and KPMG implementation partner organizations to drive standards and best practices, eliminate redundancies, and deliver on objectives within product development, business process design, IT/Business operations development, software development, and their respective lifecycles.
Minimum Requirements
Education and Experience:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or related Data, Application, Network, Systems related areas preferred.
2. Workday certification preferred.
3. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Workday systems and integrations support with Finance, Human Resources, and Supply Chain areas required.
4. Knowledge and understanding of relevant legal and regulatory requirements (i.e. HIPAA, PCI, Privacy, etc.) are required.
5. Advanced knowledge of HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent Management, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Security Administration, BIRT and Business Process Configuration.
6. Advanced knowledge of Workday Studio Development, Workday EIB and Conntectors, RaaS, CCB's, PICOF, Document Transformation, Workday Custom Reports, AIP integration, and Web Services
7. Advanced knowledge of SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, and Java.
8. Functional knowledge of document management systems such as Convergence and testing systems such as Jira.
9. Advanced understanding of integration design and testing concepts and integration frameworks, i.e. middleware, transformation logic, data conversion concepts and impacts on business processes.

Salary Range
$131,029.18 - $163,786.48 annually
