Job Description Summary:

PayPal, Inc., seeks Integration Engineer 2 in Scottsdale, AZ:

Job Duties: Develop test applications and integrate various PayPal products to identify and analyze potential shortcomings, software issues, and causes for failed integrations. Provide technical analysis, solution design, software engineering support, and product function expertise to Sale Representatives, Account Executive and Account Managers implementing PayPal payment processing solutions. Monitor payment gateway processor switches by reviewing accounts, flagging potential issues, and flipping payment processors. Integrate various PayPal products into websites or on-line e-commerce platforms for PayPal's business merchants. Advise management and appropriate groups on software support issues impacting customer satisfaction and provide recommendations for appropriate solutions. Generate and review in-depth technical information including sample code, white papers, FAQs, and snippets for distribution to PayPal customers. Create technical solution design documents used to guide businesses in the implementation of Pay Pal solutions. Mentor Integration Engineers and assist in developing and implementing tactical and strategic project goals. Create technical solution design documents used to guide businesses in the implementation of Pay Pal solutions. Ensure customers implement PayPal payment processing solutions with a high degree of quality and use optimal integration strategies and techniques. Identify, troubleshoot, and run test scenarios for technical issues with code, software, and hardware.

Job Description:

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a closely related field.
