About the Job:
This role will work closely with Business Leaders, Acquired Entity Leadership, Corporate Development and the Wipro functional competency leads (HR, IT, Legal, Facilities, etc.). We are looking for a proactive senior leader who will help shape the integration approach and raise the strategic profile of the integration team. This role is a direct report to the Global
Head of Post Merger Integration.
The ideal candidate will be adept at engaging and influencing partners, stakeholders and leadership, to ensure customers are supported, and ensuring integrations are planned for and lead, across matrixed stakeholders, in a repeatable way through the application of for repeatable frameworks and standard methodologies that drive increased business value.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Lead the integration of multiple acquisitions at a global level from business case
development to execution and post-closing value capture, incorporating key issues
discovered through diligence
• Partner with Executive Sponsor and Business and Functional leaders to incorporate
the operating model, integration approach and organization structure for each
acquisition
• Be a thought leader and champion to raise the strategic profile of the Integration
function both internally and externally
• Lead development of acquisition key tracking metrics aligned with transaction value drivers and synergy plan to drive performance management
• Lead the PMI, driving day-to-day integration execution management, including
development of integration plans, coaching cross-functional teams, managing
weekly integration team meetings and driving proactive issue resolution
• Lead the refinement of integration and corporate development playbooks that
incorporate prior experience and industry best practices across all key
workstreams.
Basic Qualifications:• 15 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 12 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA /JD/MD); equivalent years of related experience in M&A integration work will also be considered.
