We are looking for an experienced individual to join the Corporate Development team. Reporting to the VP, Corporate Development, the Lead Integration Manager will help drive acquisition and product partnership integrations
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Collaborate with senior business leaders across the organization to lead the successful integration of acquisitions as well as product partnerships
  • Oversee and influence cross functional diligence and integration teams on initiatives
  • Build plans and momentum in integration execution, and ensuring that we continue to raise the bar of our integration efforts
  • Define, track and communicate appropriate deal and partnership performance measurements to project stakeholders
  • Understand strategic business and functional aspects of transactions and partnerships as well as execution tactics of integration
  • Develop a deep understanding of DigitalOcean's product portfolio, strategic priorities, competitive position, GTM strategy, gaps, and potential opportunities and how M&A and product partnerships can help drive growth and change for DigitalOcean

What You'll Add to DigitalOcean:
  • Proven track-record in prior Corporate Development, Management Consulting or Project Management with a focus on post-merger integration work
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure/software products and services
  • Technical ability to partner closely with product & engineering teams to discuss product requirements, roadmaps, and integration requirements
  • Strong project management skills
  • Broad understanding of developer, community and self serve GTM motions
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels across the company
  • Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations to leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as computer science, engineering or mathematics. MBA is a plus
  • Ability and willingness to travel

  • We reward our employees . The base salary range for this position is between $145,000.00 - $160,000.00 based on relevant years of experience and skills. The salary range for this role is specific to candidates located within the U.S. and will vary for candidates outside the U.S. Employees may qualify for a bonus in addition to base salary; bonus amounts are determined based on company and individual performance. We also provide equity compensation to eligible employees including grants of equity upon hire and the option to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Program.
