Integration Solutions Engineer

As Integrations Solutions Engineer, you will play a critical role in helping global brands integrate Anvyl into their commerce and supply chain infrastructure. Working closely with our Product Engineering and Customer Success teams, you will create powerful solutions, API-driven workflows, and product enhancements to support our rapidly evolving customer base.

Alongside strong communication skills and technical expertise, you will guide our brands across a range of front/back-end technologies and platforms. You will be a technical product expert looked to for guidance on and development of creative solutions with the Anvyl platform from both internal and external teams. A dynamic, cross-functional team member, you will also collaborate with Customer Success and Sales to strategically remove technical and business-related obstacles.

You are someone who loves to bridge the gap between product and business - you enjoy solving complex problems by using the latest technologies and are able to distill intricate technical concepts into simple terms for our customers. We think you will be a great fit if you have experience providing empathetic customer-facing support alongside strong technical aptitude, and the demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively across teams and departments.

Responsibilities:

• Support brands implementing custom solutions using our APIs.
• Work with Customer Success teams to provide technical integration support for our enterprise partners.
• Collaborate with Engineering to design & implement productized solutions.
• Collaborate with Design to prototype and help expand product functionality.
• Assist in the development of sample code, SDKs, and documentation of new product features and functionality.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and assist in developing processes required to support brands at scale.
• Partner with strategic brands to test and release new products.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing engineering, solutions architect, technical services or similar role, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work comfortably in ambiguity.
• Persuasive communicator who can convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with APIs or experience in one or more of the following programming languages: Ruby, Python or Javascript.

Salary Range: $80,000-$95,000
