Integration Specialist

Trusted Concepts, a division of Two Six Technologies is seeking an Integration Specialist to serve as the system administrator and engineer for multiple programs and internal R&D systems that support the research and development activities. These systems collectively comprise 75+ servers and associated network devices, workstations, and application-specific hardware and include Windows, Linux, macOS, and VMware vSphere/ESXi machines running COTS, FOSS, and internally developed applications.

Clearance: Active Top Secret , willingness to obtain SCI ( Polygraph will be sponsored if desired)

Day to day tasks would include:

* Select, install, configure, and integrate hardware and software in support of program requirements and as directed by technical leadership, including imaging/installation of physical and virtual machines.

* Document and/or automate systems administration procedures and assist the engineering and test teams with automating test activities.

* Perform day-to-day administration of the information systems, including monitoring for and repairing hardware and software failures, debugging and troubleshooting problems, managing operating system and application patching, and installing anti-virus definition updates.

* Identify and implement industry best practices for systems administration.

* Inventory government-furnished and company-owned equipment incorporated into information systems.

* Developing solutions to system security needs that meet customer security requirements without negatively affecting program performance, or if security requirements cannot be met, developing technical and/or procedural mitigations to minimize residual risk due to the unmet security requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

* In-depth systems administration experience with Linux, including strong experience configuring and troubleshooting Linux systems from the command line

* Strong oral and written communication skills

* Ability to manage and prioritize ad hoc tasking while successfully performing recurring or long-term tasking
