The role:
The Integration Specialist will be responsible for providing quality and timely integration support to education institutions. Working in partnership with Technical Solutions Architects, Sales, Customer Success, Product and Account Management teams, you’ll help build scalable strategies to successfully onboard new customers and integrate Newsela’s instructional platform with other education technology solutions. As a key driver for customer success, you’ll do everything from overseeing integration projects, handling customer calls, troubleshooting issues as they arise, creating customer facing support documentation, and helping to execute on integrations strategy to make the customer onboarding as seamless and efficient as possible. You’ll create and implement improved processes to operationalize work within districts to reduce barriers to integration and support alignment of Newsela work to district needs.

Why you’re a great fit:
- You have 1+ years of hands-on technical experience with implementing technologies and onboarding customers, ideally at an EdTech or SaaS company
- You have demonstrated success in the design and execution of integration solutions
- You are experienced in customer relationship management, building and maintaining relationships with customers and internal stakeholders and managing expectations to ensure buy-in from all parties
- Thoughtful, clear communication is your specialty; you can translate technical communication across cross-functional teams and complex customer organizations to effectively steer customers through implementation and adoption
- You are a data-driven decision maker with the ability to structure ambiguity into actionable, value-added plans
- Your superior project and time management ability are reflected in a track record of performance and successful implementation across multiple concurrent projects
- You have a desire to self-reflect, give and receive feedback, and continuously improve
- Your ability to handle multiple, shifting, and competing priorities is coupled with exceptional customer management skills
- You have experience authentically engaging stakeholders and leveraging feedback for continuous improvement, and you consistently exercise excellent judgment, integrity, and commitment to personal responsibility and accountability.
Base compensation range: $50,000 - $72,000. Total compensation for this role also includes incentive stock options and benefits. This compensation range may be adjusted based on actual experience.
