POSITION SUMMARY
As an Integration Specialist you'll be the project manager, product advocate, and first point of contact for the publisher as they configure and integrate with our platform.
You will be a professional problem solver, and will be both an external champion, engaging directly with partners to help them integrate into our SDKs, APIs and web products, and an internal expert, communicating key learnings to our product, operations, and tech teams to help improve our platform and processes.
You will thrive in this role if you are comfortable transforming interruptions and issues into actionable solutions and pushing projects to completion.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead, manage, and support the integration process for publishers
  • Communicate with publishers regarding product integration best practices
  • Understand the ins and outs of technical integration methods and requirements
  • Track and troubleshoot integration issues and then follow up with publishers to ensure product is successfully integrated
  • Perform QA/UAT testing for Publisher integration changes and report bugs to the tech team
  • Serve as an industry and product expert while staying abreast of industry trends, insights, and competitive dynamics in the marketplace
  • Facilitate regular trainings with internal support & publisher facing personnel to enhance front-line employee product knowledge
  • Continue to develop/modify processes to follow best practices for efficiency, accuracy and security
  • Contribute improvements to AdAction's technical documentation and resource center
  • Serve as the voice of our publishers, communicating needs and challenges our partners face to management and the Product team. Help identify operational issues and escalate as necessary
  • Contribute to future monitoring, configuration and testing tools development to improve existing processes

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree with technical focus preferred
  • 1-3 years in an Implementation, Onboarding, Quality Assurance (QA), technical support, sales, or client-facing role
  • Demonstrated analysis, problem solving and troubleshooting expertise
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team based on project requirements
  • Ability to build and foster strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the business
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, easily articulating challenges and progress updates to internal and external stakeholders and instilling confidence with our publishers
  • Ability to learn and assimilate technical information quickly
  • Passion for creative problem-solving, pushing for results and effective execution through a can do attitude and hands on approach
