Integration Specialist

The Integration Specialist will support the integration of JASCI, WMS / WES systems. This Integration Specialist needs to have supply and merchandising functional knowledge and will work closely with the business and other IT teams on project and support functions. They will work closely with cross functional areas to formulate scope and requirements to meet the business need.

Responsibilities

• Develop and test new integrations and improve existing implementations.
• Analyze business requirements and write technical documentation and user manual of new integrations and system changes based on Customer requirements.
• Partner with internal team members and customers to gather technical requirements and provide optimal solutions.

• Functional and configuration responsibility for Supply chain Applications for project, support, and reporting work in Supply Chain IT team.
• Responsible for providing functional support for integrations.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to change
• Work closely with key business partners during entire lifecycle of the project
• Provide functional support and troubleshooting for production issues
• Explore and recommend solutions to business requirements and issues
• Lead and document requirement sessions for project and enhancement work in supply chain area
• Support testing for project work
• API Building and creating
• Customer Service

Requirements

2 + years of programming experience working with Java/Java EE, Spring Framework and Hibernate.

• 2+ years of experience working with SQL, preferably Oracle or any other RDBMS.
• Good understanding of Object Oriented Design, Design Patterns and data structure algorithms.

• Competent in web services integrations (REST/SOAP) and Flat file.
• Proven experience developing integrations to 3rd Party APIs and using Postman.
• Experience in multi-store e-commerce and ERP environments and implementations.
• Ability to troubleshoot Integration issues.
• Must be meticulous, detail-oriented, prompt, reliable, honest, trustworthy, and pass a comprehensive background check.
• Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• College level writing, editing, and proofreading.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and team work.
• Able to work and communicate effectively with all levels of management, production, vendors.
• Excellent at planning, multi-tasking, organization, time management, and project management.
