Your role at Baxter

The Integration Specialist is responsible for managing a variety of 3rd party integrations with Baxter's Nurse Call System. This is a role that requires project management and problem-solving experience. The Integration Specialist is responsible for the planning, coordination, documentation, and execution of integrations projects to Baxter's Care Communications customer base. Key activities include project planning, resource allocation and coordination, project risk assessment and mitigation, customer communication, and internal stakeholder management.

What you'll be doing

• Utilize project management software, conduct regular meetings, provide agendas and meeting minutes, and create and maintain project plans
• Provide strong, proactive project leadership and drive follow-ups
• Manage project scope and deliverables across multiple, concurrent engagements while partnering with implementation delivery PMs
• Provide support for go-live activities and facilitate handoff to support teams
• Proactively identify, communicate, and resolve customer issues
• Consult with customers and Baxter sales team, clinical, implementation and engineering as needed throughout the project

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, IT, business, or related industry
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in project management
• PMP or other industry related certification(s) a plus

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. To that end, this position has a base salary range of 60,000 to 132,000 plus an annual incentive bonus. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/ experience, time in role, business line, and geographic/ office location.
