Areyou ready to lead a high-octane team working within the medical device industry?Join us as we are seeking an enthusiastic manager to spearhead our R&D LabManagement Department. As the manager, you will dive headfirst into theexciting world of research and development, supporting multiple projects withtight timelines and complex prototype system configurations. Your leadershipwill be instrumental in guiding our team in supporting the software andhardware development, system testing, compliance testing, and providingessential support in the field. This is a role well suited to anambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Integration,Test and Approval Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Reporting on the quality, maturity, and progress ofproducts/documentation content as the Test Lead role.
  • Monitoring the status of planned tasks within the team andensuring actual results are on track, while resolving dynamic challenges andconflicts.

• Leadand drive the strategic planning and management of our lab infrastructure and complexfleet of prototype mix, ensuring alignment with our constantly evolving productroadmap, and install base.• Managea team of multi-location engineers providing direction through workassignments, coaching sessions, and conducting performance reviews.• Developand grow team members to take on key roles within the SAFe work environment.Empower the team by coaching and guiding them to grasp the framework'sprinciples, values, and practices effectively.• Leadthe Program Increment (PI) Planning throughout the year within the AgileRelease Train (ART) to align to a shared vision, discuss features, plan theroadmap, and identify cross-team dependencies for the R&D Lab managementteam.• Coordinatewith project management the desired PET & SPECT system configurationsneeded in the R&D Labs to support the projects. This includes the timing ofsystem installations, de-installations, and configuration modifications for allR&D Labs to meet the project needs. • Driveboth short-term and long-term prototype planning activities for both projectsystem needs and R&D Lab improvements. • Coordinateall hardware changes with R&D Labs. This includes repairs, updates and/orchanges to PET & SPECT systems.• Pointof contact for any hardware changes needed or required in the R&D Labs.• Auditand track all HW/SW changes to systems for proper DHR (Device History Records)updates.• Orderingsystem parts for repairs and/or preventative maintenance of our PET & SPECTsystems in the R&D Labs.• Developand track R&D Lab yearly budgets; supply regular status updates to financeand management.• Driveand implement lab infrastructure improvements including 6S methods to helpmaintain productivity and safety in the workplace.• Managecoordination of offsite warehouse storage and transportation of R&D systemsand material.• Participatein the EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) (Environment, Health, and Safety)committee team meetings to make our workplace safer.

This positionmay suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to dodevelop your career with Healthineers.• Astrong candidate will have project management experience with Agile methodologybreaking work into phases with emphasis on continuous collaboration andimprovement.• Musthave ability with standard software (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SAP, databases).• Musthave experience with graphics presentation software such as Microsoft PowerPoint.• Haveexperience with or ability to learn system electrical and mechanical drawings.• Musthave knowledge of data management principles or ability to learn.• Abilityto handle fluctuating priorities and deadlines.• Mustbe organized and responsible with ability to pay close attention to details.• Stronginterpersonal skills and proven leadership abilities.• Excellentverbal and written communication abilities.

Required skills to have for the success of this role• Bachelor'sor Master's degree in electrical, mechanical, biomedical engineering, nuclear medicine,and/or equivalent combination of experience and training.• ProjectManagement Professional (PMP) and/or Agile certification is a plus.
