Integrations Coordinator
Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organizes and holds meetings with team members in-house and abroad.
- Document processes and maintain SOP's related to the role.
- Analyzes customers requests for best suitable solutions.
- Establishes connections between Bergen's WMS and client systems.
- Trains new customers on Bergen's technical and operational requirements and guidelines.
- Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with customers by responding to inquiries related to integration or connectivity issues as well to enhancements or changes.
- Writes and suggests test scenarios as considered fit for the situation.
- Runs tests for all required transactions depending on the integration type or request.
- Provides daily technical support by troubleshooting issues or mishaps with orders, ASNs, inventory, style master, etc.
- Gather and organize requirements for EDI integrations with new trading partners.
- Gather and organize requirements/specifications and help test development with custom packing slips for customers and retailers.
- Works closely with development teams on design and estimations for projects related to System Integrations and EDI.
- Assists the Sales team on the preparation of service quotes to customers for requests with development involved.
- Collaborates with team members in support of process improvements, avoiding service failures, and cost reductions.
Requirements
- 1 or more years of experience in a 3rd Party Logistics Distribution Center.
- 1 or more years in a customer service or account management focused role.
- Excellent written, oral communication and organizational skills.
- Self driven and dynamic individual with ability to multitask and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; particularly in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of EDI, X12 Standard Documents, Warehouse Management Systems, ERP systems, Ecommerce platforms and FTP.
- Knowledge of routing guides and drop ship guidelines for apparel retailers, i.e. Macy's, Neiman Marcus, Saks, Bloomingdales, etc.
- Knowledge of retail labeling standards (UCC-128 / shipping labels).
- Experience with SOAP or REST API is a plus.
