Integrations Manager

Currently we are looking for an Integration Manager to join our Ops Delivery team. Full description of the position and requirements can be found below.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities:

• Understand the integration process in details in every step;
• Define requirements and plan the integration life cycle;
• Plan and coordinate integration project from design and development to production;
• Implement continuous improvement practices;
• Analyze and handle all issues and change requests;
• Proactively identify risks and issues to the quality of the product;
• Monitor deliverables on a daily basis, identify critical points and obstacles;
• Manage client expectations and escalations throughout the project;
• Develop strong working relationships with customer tech experts, end-users and all stakeholders involved in the project;
• Hold meetings with customers on weekly/monthly basis to review open issues, performance and updates;
• Key point of contact for the customer;
• Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed;
• Create and maintain relevant documentation.

What We're Looking For

Requirements:

• Knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, SSL, Web Applications, Load balancers, proxies and firewalls;
• Knowledge of HTML, Javascript, JSON, API, HTTP calls;
• Systems orientation and experience – Networking, SQL;
• Strong troubleshooting skills;
• Experience with complex integrated systems;
• Work in complex activities in project and matrix environment in parallel;
• Experience with – Jenkins, Git, Jira, Bamboo, Jmeter, MongoDB, Postman
• Fluency in English.
