Integrations Manager
Job Description
Modivcare is looking for an Integrations Analyst III who will be responsible for supporting the integration of the enterprise of and newly acquired businesses into the organization's portfolio while supporting the execution of tactical integration processes. This role will be highly cross-functional and will require working together with most teams across the organization.

- Support the integration team in integration efforts within the Integration Management Office (IMO.)
- Interpret and support cross-functional integration efforts.
- Execute the integration strategy for enterprise efforts and acquired companies.
- Assist alignment across a diverse set of stakeholder groups, ranging from the Mergers & Acquisition (M&A) team to subject matter experts in various departments.
- Support the development of repeatable M&A integration playbooks.
- Identify and advise on opportunities to improve processes and collaboratively institutionalize necessary changes.
- Support change management initiatives and efforts during the integration process.
- Provide synergy, value capture tracking and analysis.
- Assist with the execution of pre-acquisition due diligence efforts.
- Collaborate and communicate results and insights with cross-functional teams by preparing polished presentations and identifying key takeaways.
- Conduct integration impact assessments and define changes needed across GCS (i.e., routing changes, location strategy, teammate tool changes, content, etc.)
- Execute on the integration plan and adhere to integration timelines.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely submissions of all status updates, and post integration reporting.
- Implement, maintain, review, and record integration progress and associated control workbook and documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
- Participate in other projects or duties as assigned.
- Travel for business (up to 50% may be required.)

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting preferred.
- Five (5) plus years of experience with emphasis in integration, project management, or M&A/strategy.
- Previously excelled and demonstrated performance in a consulting and/or corporate development role at a large healthcare or consulting company.
- Experience in managing many phases of an integration to success, including planning, execution, and closure.
- Literate in healthcare, specifically in Medicaid and Medicare Advantage environments a plus.
- Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Salary: $80,400 - $108,600 annually
