As an Integration Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and implementing integration solutions for clients across a wide range of platforms and processes. You will champion and build our customer discovery framework. You will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and goals and use your expertise to recommend and implement the most appropriate integration technologies and approaches with our technical teams. You are the voice of the customer and the voice of Modernize supporting our mission to support the homeowner flow to the customer.
Responsibilities
Relationship Building and Customer Solutions Development:
- You will work with our clients to understand their business needs and goals, and identify opportunities for integration solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency.Â
- You will develop a deep understanding of our clients’ technical infrastructure, systems and workflows including but not limited to their CRM architecture, data models, Sales Demonstration Tools, EDW and ETLs, marketing systems, project management and homeowner communication platforms, and the like.Â
- You will meet with our clients’ leadership teams:  CTOs, CMOs, Marketing Leadership, Sales leadership, Contact Center Managers and Product Managers to understand the homeowner journey and technical ecosystem.Â
- You will thoroughly document specific use cases for each client to determine the best solutions to support better lead delivery and follow-up and performance. Â
- You will assist in design, architecture and development of client integrations and other product solutions to maximize utilization across all products leads, calls, clicks, e-commerce .Â
Execute and Deliver new Integration Solutions with Clients: Â
- You will assist in design, architecture and development of client integrations to maximize utilization across all products, including leads, calls, clicks, e-commerce.Â
- You will implement integration solutions, including configuring and testing systems and coordinating with clients and other stakeholders.Â
- You will Provide technical guidance and support to clients throughout the integration process.Â
- You will continue to develop and enrich customer integrations to provide mutual benefits as you analyze the integrations launchedÂ
Product Development:Â
- You will recommend and develop analyses to enhance products and technologies to improve Modernize's product within customer workflows; clearly articulate near and long-term impacts on Modernize revenue and customer outcomes.Â
- You will partner with internal/external teams to develop, test, iterate product variations.Â
- You will work cross functionally with client, product management, and leadership teams to develop customer facing solutions that drive customer ROI while also providing experience and thought leadership with our internal teams on best practices. Â
- You will stay up-to-date on the latest integration technologies and approaches, and continually seek out opportunities to improve processes and services.Â
ExperienceÂ
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.Â
- 3+ years of experience in integration solutions consulting, with a strong understanding of integration technologies and approaches.Â
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and other stakeholders to understand their needs and goals.Â
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address technical challenges.Â
- Experience with at least one major integration platform (such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica) is preferred.Â
- You must be a self-starter. This is a new role for our organization where structure will need to be developed and thought leadership is a must. Â
- You must be client facing. You live to work directly with clients and solve problems with them. Â
- Travel 50% Â
