SUMMARY:
As the Integrations Support Relationship Manager, your primary responsibility is to facilitate the smooth transition of new partner associates into the Allworth operational system. This transition environment is dynamic and requires the ability to provide concierge service to integration partners from close date to full integration. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that individuals are equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge, technology, and mindset to adapt successfully while minimizing disruption to clients and service.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Upon completion of new hire training and regular onboarding, work with the Corporate training team to supplement general and specialized in person and virtual live training to our new partners and their staff on Allworth’s systems, processes, technology and custodians with the goal of sustaining partner firm operational capabilities while achieving longer-term comprehensive integration. This positon will fill in the gaps and be a consistent and daily resource as needed for transitional training needs.
- Travel to the partner location to be an onsite resource as needed for the first 1-2 months of integration
- Be the subject matter expert on Allworth’s technology, operational processes, and best practices, to provide scheduled and on call training and education specific to the partners unique needs.
- Work with IT to ensure systems and technology access is ready timely and as needed
- Post close date, forecast each partners unique needs through active listening and due diligence to ensure needs are addressed quickly.
- Act as a point of contact with the partner firm and other departments within Allworth to problem solve on a variety of issues as needed (operations, client service, technology, compliance, retention)
- Assess the skills, competencies, and readiness of individuals going through integration and develop personalized development plans to address any gaps identified
- Maintain and support updates to the integrations playbook or roadmap with documented processes and procedures that can be customized as needed
- Work with Corporate training on creation of e-learning and supplemental training resources
- Provide one-on-one coaching or support to individuals who require additional assistance in adjusting to the integration, offering guidance, feedback, and encouragement as needed.
- Collect feedback from participants to continuously improve training and measure the effectiveness of integration support initiatives.
- Share best practices and lessons learned with colleagues and stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Five-ten plus years of client service, operations or advisory experience working in an RIA or independent wealth management company
- Three plus years of demonstrated project management experience
- Three plus years of formal or informal training experience or equivalent experience as a supervisor/manager or lead person responsible for training new associates.
- Ability to deliver live or virtual training sessions in an effective manner
- Strong listening skills with a focus on understanding each partner unique needs.
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, leadership, and partners.
- Exceptional people skills with a strong ability to build trust and respect quickly in a client-facing role.
- Adaptable, self-starter who is ready to jump in with minimal training.
- Initiative-taking, problem solver who can rapidly adapt with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and people skills.
- Proficiency in instructional design and training program development.
- Possesses professional maturity and can be self-managed.
- Excellent time management/prioritization
- Experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Salesforce, MS Outlook, and Tamarac
- Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time and with short notice.
The salary range for this position is between $120,000 and $150,000 annually based on the candidate’s experience. In addition, this position is eligible for target bonus based on their performance and the companies. This is an Exempt position that requires frequent and potentially last-minute travel and in-office work.
