Barbaricum is seeking talented intelligence professionals experienced in the Palantir platform to join our team. As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst, you will be on the front lines assisting a Palantir implementation team with the deployment of Palantir software to the Army's dynamic user base. You will work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users, engage with key Army stakeholders, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure critical deployment insights are shared with Palantir team members. Palantir team members in our offices. Lastly, you will help facilitate collaboration across the Army's global enterprise while ensuring our customers' continued success. Responsibilities

• Assist with curriculum development. You will be responsible for provide onsite support to Army instructors tasked with developing platform-specific curriculum.
• Deliver formal user training. You will be responsible for delivering user training to analysts in a classroom setting and updating training materials as necessary.
• Provide desk-side support to analysts. You will be responsible for providing informal training to analysts and clarifying platform workflows.
• Own onsite customer engagement. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with a variety of onsite Army stakeholders and providing insight of your engagements to Palantir team members.
• Respond to user requests and perform troubleshooting. You will be responsible for fielding help requests from users onsite and performing initial troubleshooting measures. You will also be responsible for escalating difficult requests to Palantir engineering teams for further troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI
• Experience with Palantir Gotham required. Additional experience with Palantir Gaia a plus.
• Experience as an intelligence analyst with all source intelligence familiarity preferred.
• Experience conducting user training in formal and informal settings.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Ability to travel domestically 75% of the time.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Military experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with DSGS-A is a plus.
