About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Intensivist to join our Critical Care team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to critically ill patients in our ICU, collaborating closely with a multi-disciplinary team of nurses, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive critical care management for ICU patients.
  • Perform ICU procedures (e.g., intubations, central lines, arterial lines, bronchoscopy, chest tubes etc.).
  • Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and collaborate on patient management plans.
  • Lead and educate advanced practice providers and nurses as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, quality improvement, and patient safety initiatives.
Qualifications
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Critical Care Medicine (Preferably Internal Medicine track).
  • Active/Eligible State Medical License in Texas.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
  • Prior ICU experience preferred.
