We are seeking an experienced Interaction Designer to join our team. 
About the Role:
The Interaction Designer is an integral part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team that focuses on enhancing usability, user experience, and driving user adoption and engagement. This role involves conducting user research, analyzing findings, developing personas, designing interactions, and performing usability testing to deliver intuitive and user-friendly products. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and developers to ensure customer satisfaction and goal alignment.
Key Responsibilities:

• User Research & Analysis:
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, user requirements analysis, and task analysis.
• Perform conceptual modeling, information architecture development, and usability testing.
• Plan and facilitate participatory and iterative design activities, such as customer interviews, observational studies, and requirements discovery sessions.
• Design & Specification:
• Design and specify user interfaces and information architecture that meet user needs and organizational goals.
• Develop user requirements specifications, experience goals, personas, storyboards, scenarios, flowcharts, design prototypes, and detailed design specifications.
• Produce visually appealing, easy-to-navigate interfaces for web pages and applications.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with visual designers and development teams to ensure the delivery of design specifications and alignment with customer goals.
• Communicate research findings, conceptual ideas, and design rationale effectively, both verbally and visually.
• Plan and lead collaborative critiques, analysis, and synthesis sessions to refine designs.
• Usability Testing:
• Plan, recruit for, and facilitate usability testing sessions.
• Analyze and synthesize testing results to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create and deliver usability testing artifacts, such as testing plans, scripts, and reports, with actionable recommendations for system enhancements.
• Prototyping & Development Support:
• Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes of UIs with graphics, icons, and color schemes.
• Support development teams by providing insights into user behavior and system usability.
• May assist in coding, testing, debugging, and implementing web applications across various platforms.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Research user needs and market trends to identify potential system enhancements.
• Integrate feedback from usability testing and user research into iterative design processes.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in interaction design, usability testing, and user research.
• Experience with tools and techniques for conceptual modeling, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Knowledge of coding, web development platforms, and UI design principles.
• Proven ability to analyze user needs and translate them into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and visual communication skills to effectively present findings and designs.
• Familiarity with creating artifacts such as usability testing plans, scripts, and reports.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in collaborative design environments with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of modern design tools and platforms (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines for web applications.
