Interactive Designer

JOB OBJECTIVE

Sportsdigita is looking to add an experienced designer to our growing creative team. In this position, you will be responsible for bringing our customer’s vision to life within our DIGIDECK software. On a daily basis, you will design concepts and develop captivating experiences, surpassing our customer’s expectations. This role is primarily remote.

We are a growth-stage SasS company that empowers sales and marketing teams through the DIGIDECK, our one-of-a-kind platform, to engage with customers and close more business, faster. Our technology platform acts as a master presentation allowing sales teams to create customized presentations and proposals in minutes. The Digideck improves customer-facing interactions by providing real-time visibility and analytics for both sellers and sales leaders.

 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Design and build eye-catching presentations that exceed client expectations 
• Your mastery of Adobe cloud-based apps (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, XD) allows you to capture our client’s vision while bringing innovative ideas to life
• Leverage our software (DIGIDECK) to design and code best-in-class, immersive, multimedia presentations
• Be a steward for our clients - ensure client brand standards are maintained throughout the development of their customized presentations
• Proactively collaborate with our Project Managers and Brand team and ensure our customers’ needs are being met and exceeded
• Create dynamic infographics, animated charts, and diagrams that bring abstract ideas to life.

• Follow projects from concept to final approval, ensuring the integrity of the creative concept is kept in focus throughout
• Contribute to continual refinement of our creative processes and best practices, including creating and updating documentation and communicating recommendations and experiences back to our engineering team, with a focus on continuous improvement of our customer experiences

 REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience in HTML & CSS, usability guidelines, and responsive design. 
• Mastery of the Adobe CC Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, XD)
• Ability to manage work autonomously, multi-task, and meet fast-evolving deadlines with a curiosity and passion for compelling experiences.
• Advanced visual design skills, including a solid understanding of typography, composition, and use of color.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational, project, and time management skills
• Adaptive to an ever-changing environment.
