As a Interchange Business Analyst in Auburn, AL, Norcross, GA or Omaha, NE, you will join a diverse, passionate team, dedicated to making possibilities happen in the payments industry! We are looking for someone that will work in one of our offices. May consider remote but candidate would need to live and work in Eastern or Central Time Zone.

Job Summary:

Works extensively with Interchange rates to analyze and report on the data enabling ACI to deliver competitive payment solutions. Uses a variety of standard and advanced functions in Excel to create reports for management and clients. Expands knowledge of the payments industry, product offerings and applied technology. Ensures quality and timeliness of requirements processes to stay at least one release ahead of the development lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities:

• Works closely with Interchange Strategy Director to analyze interchange rates to ensure we are getting the best rates.
• Builds and manages relationships with stakeholders based on an understanding of their influence and needs.
• Analyzes and synthesizes information elicited from stakeholders, defines and manages the plan to deliver detailed reports.
• Assists in maintaining bi-annual interchange updates for pricing model.
• Identify and report root cause for transaction downgrades and recommend solutions.
• Review pricing structure and profitability.
• Continuously develops domain knowledge, depth and breadth, in the payments industry, ACI products, customer base and applied technology.

Elicit:

• Obtains information from stakeholders
• Conducts field research with clients and targeted users to gather data and determine specifications for reporting
• Validates report requirements with stakeholders

Analyze:

• Prioritizes requirements
• Organizes and synthesizes information
• Uses various analysis and modeling techniques
• Analyzes data, creates reports and create ways to automate the process.

Strategy and Analysis

• Plans business analysis approach based on project complexity, risks, assumptions, dependencies
• Continuously develops domain knowledge, depth and breadth, in interchange rates and payments industry, ACI products, customer base and applied technology.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Understand and adhere to all corporate policies to include but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required for the job:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in an industry related role such as technical support, product management or product development with exposure to pricing and interchange.
• Payments industry experience.
• Interchange experience preferred.
• Excellent Excel skills.
