The Team:

The Interfaces Product team is a specialized team in our Product Management org, focused on a vital aspect of our product: how we interface and connect our clients to the many third parties, fund admins, PBs, and custodians our clients need access to. 


The Role:

 As a Business Analyst on our Product Management team, you will oversee the implementation of key components of Enfusion’s industry-leading Portfolio Management software.  You’ll be able to make an immediate impact in how we successfully deliver and support our clients with Enfusion’s cutting edge technology platform.


What You’ll Do:

  • Contribute to the software's expanding knowledge base in the areas of interface connectivity and data transformation with financial data providers

  • Partner with clients, internal client-facing teams, external third parties, and internal technology developers to enable straight through processing of our portfolio management solution through world-class interfaces that transport trade, position, risk, and analytics data to and from the Enfusion system

  • Deeply understand key financial market concepts, the trade lifecycle (from order to termination), and the supporting technology in order to specify bulletproof requirements, design solutions to complex problems, and create holistic test plans to ensure functionality achieves client goals

  • Become a trusted point of contact within the firm who collaborates with internal and external stakeholders (Clients, Sales, AM, Onboarding) to handle requests promptly and appropriately, communicates key product insights effectively, and helps manage documentation and knowledge share sessions with the global Enfusion teams

  • Strengthen our client and vendor relationships through strong product delivery, clear business communication, vendor partnership and setting appropriate expectations


What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or Computer Science

  • 5+ Years of experience working in a technical operations role at a fund administrator, financial technology company, or asset manager

  • Familiarity with various asset classes and financial instruments (Equities, Options, Futures, FX, Fixed Income, CDS, Total Return Swaps, etc.) in a middle office capacity

  • Understanding of basic portfolio management concepts, including trading workflows and reconciliation workflows.

  • Experience with product management workflows including prioritization, agile development, and software development lifecycle (SLDC) 

  • Proven ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and management

  • Highly organized, self-driven, extremely quick learner, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

  •  Technical and analytical mindset with experience in general coding principals or technologies such as Java, JavaScript, Bash, or any other coding language is a plus

  • Familiarity with Jira and Salesforce is not required, but a plus

  • An outside the box thinker and problem solver who is open to continuous change and innovation

  • Someone who is not afraid to question the status quo in creating best in class solutions for our product and clients.


The salary range for this position is between $100,000 - $120,000 + bonus + benefits.
