Interim HR Specialist
Job Description
We have partnered with our manufacturing client in Norcross, GA on their search for an interim HR/Talent Acquisition professional to assist with their growing list of requisitions.
The expectation is to be in the Norcross office 3 days a week after training and getting ramped up.
This is a 6 month+ contract with competitive pay.
Responsibilities
- Assist with general recruiting needs for open requisitions including screening resumes, cold calling candidates, contacting candidates who applied, scheduling interviews, and onboarding candidates once hired
- Update and maintain candidate progression through the ATS
- Assist with immigration forms and providing company lawyers information to assist with the immigration process
Skills Required
- Ability to professionally handle candidates in play for positions from beginning to end
- Ability to handle multiple deadlines and continually shifting priorities
- Preferred but not required to have experience with immigration requirements and being bi-lingual
- Preferred but not required to have worked in the manufacturing industry
