Interim Payroll Coordinator

We are seeking an extremely detail-oriented individual to support the functions of our Payroll Department. This is a short term, temporary position with possibility of extension.

What you'll do:

• Process payrolls for all team members
• Process off-cycle payments to team members as needed
• Serve as point of contact for all payroll-related matters in the West and North Central Regions, and backup point of contact for all other regions
• Assist in processing personnel actions and providing security access within HRIS as needed for payroll functions
• Process and respond to wage attachments
• Maintain and update Google Forms housing HR and Payroll information and requests
• Assist the Payroll Team with special projects and programs as requested
• Utilize reporting to audit timesheets and payroll and provide payroll reporting to other teams as required

What you're great at:

• 3+ years supporting payroll functions with multiple employee populations, regional, salaried, commissioned, a plus
• Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, Google Suite 
• Familiarity with HRIS systems. Ultipro knowledge a plus  
• Excellent organizational and process skills with a demonstrated ability to work on multiple priorities at once 
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency and meet deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
• Strong team player with a collaborative work style
• Excellent communication skills to effectively correspond, both verbally and in writing, using phone, voicemail, and email with various levels in the company and the external community
