Avoca Search is recruiting anInterim Vice President of Call Center/Patient Accessto help lead transitional change for a multi-site, multi-state health system on the East coast. The Interim Vice President will work in collaboration with clinical and administrative leaders to provide system-level leadership, direction, and management of access and call centers across a prominent health system. The Interim Vice President will develop and execute strategies that ensure patients and consumers have timely, convenient, and affordable access to services across the enterprise by aligning the organizational goals and performance requirements.
