Intermediate Full Stack Developer

About Us

We are a dedicated software team behind an automation-focused CRM platform. Dubsado currently runs Typescript Express Node.js on the serve end backed by MongoDB. The front end utilizes Typescript React.

Dubsado serves the creative industry through a suite of tools via our feature rich CRM. We prioritize a security conscious environment and build out features with thorough levels of testing and product development.

We encourage individual growth through monthly peer reviews, pair coding, peer-led meetups discussing current and future technologies, and more. We give each of our developers direct responsibility into our company. Each of our developers has had code pushed and deployed to master within their first week at Dubsado.

This is an in office position.

Responsibilities

As a member of one of our Software teams at Dubsado, you will be responsible for building and maintaining customer facing features within the Dubsado platform.

• Plan and document new features
• Build new features from backend to frontend
• Participate in Scrum meetings (Stand-up, Story Time, Demos, Retrospectives)
• Collaborate closely with other software developers, designers, and product owners
• Pair with other team members as both a mentor and a mentee

Requirements

• Passion for learning and growth
• Interest in our mission and product
• Opinions about what good code looks like
• Patience and respect for the process (Rome wasn't built in a day)
• Worked on at least 3 different web applications
• Solid grasp of JavaScript fundamentals and asynchronous programming
• Understands security and performance best-practices for web applications
• Experience with at least one compiled programming language
• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases

What to Expect
