Job Scope

The Intermediate Full Stack Developer contributes to all aspects of the SLDC process.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Support in the development of major systems using new Web and application technologies.
• Support and Implement Cloud architectures and environments for the given application.
• Interact with other departments and company management to tailor the solution to company needs.
• Assist in the Design of Cloud Application Architectures or optimize applications for AWS.
• Contribute or author blogs, whitepapers, and presentations on AWS technical and strategic topics.
• Contribute to other software development.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
• 3+ years of experience in software development.

Competencies

• Strong software development skills. 
• Experience working in Agile fast space environment.
• Top-notch programming skills in Java, NodeJS, React.
• Experience in Python preferred.
• Strong understanding of Microservice Architecture.
• Comfortable in a UNIX/LINUX environment.
• Analyze business requirements and create technical design documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Registered, or ability to register, with APEGA as an E.I.T or P.Eng.
• Preferred but not required: Exposure to technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins.
