Job Description
Responsible for multiple projects involving cross-functional teams. Manages project scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, stakeholders, integration, communications, and risks. Helps develop self-managing Scrum teams and ensures their velocity by actively removing impediments. Demonstrates strong leadership and people management skills in forming teams with clients, technical and internal departments to expedite project success.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years Project Management experience
- Must have Agile experience or certification, Advanced Scrum Master Certification is a plus
- Nice to have Project Management Professional qualification i.e. PMP (or PRINCE2, ITIL)
- Experience working in a Global organisation and working across time-zones and cultures

What you’ll be doing
- Lead the creation and updates project charters, schedules, responsibility matrices and budgets in line with Experian project management standards
- A flair for facilitation to help stakeholders understand project objectives and their part in realising the bigger picture.
- Understanding the social intricacies of guidance and encouragement when managing a project team in a hybrid environment
- Utilise project / agile artifacts such as backlogs, user stories, burn-down charts, and other metrics to drive greater quality and predictable delivery
- Ability to run a mixture of agile and waterfall projects concurrently
- Monitor and control risks / remove impediments that threaten the project implementation or EBIT
- Manage internal and external stakeholders throughout the execution of the project lifecycle
